Conference talks on data architecture, pipelines, and DataOps
Be Curious, Not Judgmental
I’m Chris Birie, a senior data and solutions architect in Columbus, Ohio. I speak about designing systems that survive contact with reality, the engineering practices that keep them that way, and what it takes to make a whole team faster instead of shipping one more thing somebody has to babysit. The specifics shift talk to talk — data, platforms, developer tooling, the way teams actually work — but it’s the same thread every time: build for the problem you’ll have in six months, not just the one in front of you.
This is where my talks live. Each one has its own page with the slides, the recording, and any resources that go with it.

More on the way — I’ve got submissions out to a couple of conferences for later in 2026.
